In most cases, we prefer to bill agency fees and use your existing ad account & payment method to cover the ad spend. If you prefer to combine them on one invoice, we may have to bill you an extra 3% to cover our payment processing fees if paid by credit card. To keep things simple and transparent, we recommend having these two billed seperately – and having any ad spend billed directly through your company’s credit card.

Paid media is a great way to test and validate an offer – from messaging to positioning, and audience targeting. We typically recommend starting with paid media in most cases, to quickly understand what combination of messaging, positioning, and audience targeting works the best for your company.

If you have no past campaign data, we usually recommend spending the equivalent of the lifetime value of 1-5 customers. This allows you to test out offers, messaging, positioning, and audience targeting rapidly. It also allows you to test multiple ad channels to see which ad channels convert the best, most often, and most consistently.

We get the best results for service companies (either single-location, multi-location, or franchises) that have been in business for at least 10 years, with minimum $1M in annual recurring revenue, and with an average customer lifetime value of at least $5,000.
